Dr. Willi Knoll is an independent family-owned company founded in 1936. The company is headquartered in the Bavarian Swabia region in Southern Germany, about 120km to the East of Munich.

In its early years, the company started with the preservation of fruit and vegetables.

After WWII, Dr.Willi Knoll was among the first to dedicate himself to the new market of ready-made potato products.

In 1953, the company adapted its product range to specialize primarily on dehydrated potato products.

To date, they have remained true to the potato – with a constantly expanding product range.

PAIRS WELL WITH: Sauerbraten, schnitzel, soup dumplings or any sauce of your choice.

PREPARATION:
✅ Using a wire whisk stir the contents of the package into 3 cups (750ml) cold water until smooth. Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes to thicken.
✅ Moisten hand and form into 12 dumplings. If desired, place croutons in the center of the dumplings.
✅ Drop into a large pot of boiling salted water. Cook over medium heat, uncovered for 20 minutes. Remove from water. Serve hot.
