Fields you can personalize:
- Handler Name
- Animal Name
- Animal Photo – Provide us a picture of your animal facing forward, if possible, with a contrasting background, but do not crop as we will format to fit the card for you
- Phone Number – Optional, if desired
- Address – Optional, if desired
- Registry Number – The registry number is auto-generated when you register. You can provide your previously issued number, and we will change out the assigned registry number with your formerly issued registration number.
- Customizable Fields – If you wish to provide something different on one of the 4 optional fields, you can give this information to us in the comment section of your registration. Note, for example: Replace number field with Microchip Number: 12345678.
- Security Seal – The Registry Seal is applied in full color with 600 DPI imaging in the lower right-hand corner as a security seal or digital certificate, authenticating the IDs are genuine.
BACK OF ID CARD INCLUDES:
- UNITED STATES FEDERAL LAW – The reverse side of the card defines the Fair Housing Act (FHAct) for Emotional Support Animals. This information addresses the handlers' and service animals' rights.
- Verified Registration – Your Animals’ name and registration address are spelled out for individuals that wish to verify the registration.
- Fair Housing Information– A number is provided, allowing any individual needing further information about your Animals' rights to reach out and receive more detailed information from this Federal Agency. The Fair Housing Act protects people from discrimination when they are renting or buying a home, getting a mortgage, seeking housing assistance, or engaging in other housing-related activities. Additional protections apply to federally-assisted housing.
