How soon can I expect my 3D Crystal?

Orders placed before 3 p.m. CST are processed same-day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. CST are sent out the next day.

Does my crystal come with a light base?

You can add a light base of your choice when you select, "Customize Now." Choose a Premium crystal for special add-ons!

How do I know if my image is high-quality?

For best results, use a well-lit, high-resolution photo. If we find an issue, we’ll reach out to request an alternate.

Can I add text underneath my image?

150 characters: All full-sized crystals except for the 3D Iceberg.

No Text: Crystal Accessories, 3D Iceberg.

Should I opt to remove the background or keep it in my engraving?

We recommend removing the background for a stronger visual effect. You can keep your background in 2D, should you wish.
