Recommendation for Registering a Face

• When registering a face, maintain a distance of 40cm to 80cm between the device and the face.
• Be careful not to change your facial expression. (smiling face, drawn face, wink, etc.)
• Be careful not to cover the eyes or eyebrows.
• Do not wear hats, masks, sunglasses, or eyeglasses.
• Be careful not to display two faces on the screen. Register one person at a time.

Improve The Quality of Fingerprint Reads

• Always use clean fingers, avoid angled or tilted finger positions for enrollment.
• Put your finger belly completely in the middle of the reader.
• Do not slide the finger while enrolling it. Put some pressure for 1 second and it will show you the result.
• A dry fingerprint would be hard to be recognized, pls panting breathe on your fingerprint to moist it. Then it will be easier to verify.
• Note: Please tear off the protective film before use

T9 Mode

The T9 mode allows you to enter the Uppercase, Lowercase, and Special characters in the text input fields. You can enter the alphabets and special characters by pressing one keystroke per letter.
