Product Description

The FT Synthetics Cobalt High Temperature (HT) Ice and Water Shield is a self-adhering peel-and-stick underlayment for sloped roofs designed for harsh weather conditions to prevent water penetration from ice dams and wind-driven rain. It is chemically suitable with low-slope roofing components such as EPDM and TPO. The Cobalt peel and stick underlayment has multiple uses for underneath different surfaces including asphalt and synthetic shingles, concrete and clay tiles, different types of metal roofing, shakes, and primed cedar shakes. Metal roofing types include copper, zinc, and Cor-Ten roofing panels. This underlayment also includes Gripspot, which will help to prevent slipping when users walk on it to ensure better safety. This roofing underlayment has a UV resistance of 180 days and a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
