Lobster 30-day Satisfaction Policy

Return shipment must be received in the Lobster factory by the 30th day from receipt. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Lobster suggests purchaser keeps the original shipping box and packaging materials in case there is a need to send the machine back for any reason. A 5% restocking fee will be deducted. Lobster does not reimburse shipping and handling costs, if applicable.
