This problem is most likely caused by the product being out of power, you can use it after fully charging it.
3. Is the time display brightness too bright?
The time display of this product has 3 brightness modes. If you think it is bright even at the lowest brightness, please look forward to our upgraded product.
4. The light is not on or the time cannot be displayed?
Please confirm whether the product is fully charged or connected to a power source
