- Is the star map accurate?
Yes, we use astronomical data sources to make accurate star maps. It's a picture of the sky when facing north and looking up at the moment. Some other sites may use different directions.
- Can I have a star map for the daytime?
Yes, both daytime and nighttime are doable. The stars are still there in the daytime. They are not visible because the sunlight is too bright. The default time is 9 PM though if you don't specify.
- Why my star map looks different on some other site?
It may be because of the direction of the map. Our map is a picture of the sky when you face north and look up. So the map shows south at the top and north at the bottom, east on the right and west on the left of the star map. Some sites may use different directions so you may see it's rotated.
- Can you make the star map for a future date?
Yes, both past and future dates are doable. For example, we can make a star map for a coming wedding.
- Can the location be out of the US?
Yes, worldwide locations are doable. We don’t need the detailed address unless you want to put it on the print. Usually city/town and state/country are good enough. We can also use coordinates if you prefer. Just note the requests in your order.
- Do you offer framed prints?
Currently, we don’t offer framed prints. Some listings include wrapped canvas which is ready to hang if you want to ship it as a gift. The listings including canvas have a longer turnaround though. Check our store for the items we have. For the unframed prints, you can easily get the matching size frames on Amazon or locally.
- Can I see a preview before printing?
We usually don't send proof due to the inconvenience of communication through Amazon messages. Please double-check all the information you put in. We will reach out if we have a problem with your order. A lot of customers can't receive notifications of seller's messages. But you can always see the messages in your account. Just go to "Your Messages" and click "Buyer/Seller Messages" tab.
- How long does it take to arrive?
The turnaround of different items varies, please see the estimated delivery date at check out. Shipping upgrades are also available during check out. It is recommended to order ahead of time or upgrade the shipping if you need it for an important event.
- Can I return or exchange my order?
We don't accept returns or exchanges of custom products unless it's our fault. As it’s custom-made and we can’t resell it to anyone else. Please feel free to reach out if you have any problems with your order. We are always glad to help.
- What if I have more questions?
Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions. You will receive our response shortly. If you don't receive our email in 24 hours. It should be in the spam fold or you have opted out of receiving sellers' messages. But you can always check the messages in your Amazon account.
