FQA Q: What should I do if the ball is smaller than advertised?
A: Our hopper ball is made of PVC, which can become contracted when packed tightly into the box. To reach the suggested ball size during the first inflation, it may require some extra pumping to stretch the PVC. If you are having difficulty achieving the suggested ball size during the first inflation, we suggest leaving the ball as it is for a day, and then pump it again after the material gets fully stretched.
Tips:
Keep the ball away from sharp objects to avoid puncturing it.
If you notice any missing or faulty accessories, please contact the seller directly from Amazon Buyer Central and provide your order number for a replacement.
Due to the limitations of the product material and production process, some hopper balls may be covered with an oily coating on the surface, which can be cleaned with detergent.
