This panelized kit will arrive with all components pre-assembled into larger panels. Each panel is labeled, primed, and ready to assemble. No additional measuring or cutting is required! This kit includes a floor kit with 5/8" plywood flooring and treated subfloor framing. When adding the deck and rail option, the customer must supply 4x4 treated runners underneath the playhouse. On 10x12 units, 4x4 treated runners are included with the floor. All hardware is included with simple, illustrated instructions for assembling your Cape Cod Playhouse. The customer is responsible for providing floor materials, drip edge, and paint, which can easily be purchased at a local home improvement store. This allows you to personalize your playhouse according to your style and preferences.

When you purchase the Cape Cod Playhouse, it will arrive on a securely packaged pallet via common carrier. The pallet will then be placed onto a liftgate and the kit will be placed curbside or at the end of your driveway. Please be sure to note any damage with the delivery driver.
