Warm Tips
1. APP installation - The TV box supports the installation of Android apps from the App Store, APK Pure, Aptoide, apkmirror, and Aptoide TV. If a downloaded app doesn't work,
a> Please go to the "Settings" menu on your device, locate the "Apps" option, and find the app in the list of installed apps. Select the app and navigate to the "Model" section. Choose the "Normal" setting and save the changes. Test the app to see if it functions properly.
b> If the problem persists, you may have downloaded the wrong version. In that case, you can try downloading the app from one of the other mentioned app stores. Additionally, you can get in touch with Transpeed for assistance.
2. Bug fixing - You can fix bugs by upgrading the TV box online through FOTA (My apps - FOTA Update) or by restoring it to factory settings.
3. Can't log into Google account - Please try doing a factory reset on the TV box by accessing settings menu - device preferences - about - factory reset. Afterward, attempt to log in to your account again.
4. Connection issues - Please ensure that your network is functioning properly. Also, verify that you have set the correct time zone in the settings - device preferences - date & time - automatic date and time - choose 'use network time' to be on. Otherwise, there is no wifi.
Please note that you cannot simultaneously enable Wi-Fi and connect the TV box with an Ethernet cable. If you wish to use Wi-Fi, disconnect the Ethernet cable and use only one of the two options at a time.
5. Distorted screen: Please ensure that you connect the HD cable to the TV box first, and then connect the power adaptor to the TV box. Incorrect connection may cause issues such as a frozen or distorted screen, or a lack of signal.
