Flat Sheets and Blankets

• Fold sheet/blanket into quarters.

Method 1:

• Place a clip at the three corners containing folds.
• A fourth clip may be placed on the corner without the folds.

Method 2:

• Place the clips on sides with multiple layers of fabric instead of corners.
• A fourth clip may be placed on the side showing only the folds.
• Use of the fourth clip is more effective on thinner fabrics whereas thicker fabrics benefit from increased airflow.
• When using in heavy weight and/or thicker fabric, take care to not forcibly separate outside legs from the center leg, doing so could results in damage to the clip.

Fitted Sheets

• Fold the sheet in half lengthwise with the corners nested together.
• Place a clip at center and another halfway between center and the nest corners.
• For Queen and King size sheets, additional clips may be placed toward the center.
• If you find that the fitted sheets are still twisting in the dryer, instructions for the flat sheets may also be used even though the pockets prevent fitted sheets from neatly folding into quarters.

Bras

To prevent snags from hooks

• Fold in half lengthwise with the hook area tucked together. Place a clip at the hook location to prevent hooks snagging other laundry.

To prevent pads from shifting

• Place a clip at the removal location of the pads (or on the sides) and one clips one the side opposite the first clip (optional) to prevent shifting during the drying process.

Stockings and Socks

• Place a clip on the top of each stocking or sock before placing on the hamper and prior to washing and drying laundry.
