FOMI’s Gel Bead Ankle Packs provide optimal relief from many ankle and foot conditions. Comes as a two-pack. Designed to be a multipurpose pack, it can be used for many other body parts as well. At 12” X 7”, it has an exact and comfortable fit for ankles. Three separate sections ensure the gel beads are evenly distributed throughout the pack for full coverage of the front, back and both sides of the ankle. This also allows it to fold, making the size flexible to fit most body parts. Perfect fit for knee, calf, wrist, and elbow as well.

Designed as two -sided, it can be used according to your personal preference. The side with fabric backing allows for soft, soothing application. If you prefer a colder, more deeply penetrating option, apply the gel bead side on the skin.
