Think Ergo Arm Sling Sport XL Instructions:
Step 1: Lay the arm sling flat on a table.
If you will be using the arm sling on your right arm, the arm pouch opening should be pointing to your left.
If you will be using the arm sling on your left arm, the arm pouch opening should be pointing to your right.
Step 2: Using your non-injured arm, bring the strap over your head and place it on the shoulder opposite to your injury.
Step 3: Next, carefully place your injured arm into the pouch. To support your hand, slip your thumb through the elastic loop that is closest to your torso.
Step 4: Adjust the length of the strap by pulling on the velcro tab to tighten it. Then, press the velcro firmly against the strap to secure it.
Step 5 (Optional): If you need to lengthen the arm pouch, simply pull out the extendable fabric.
