What are the little black pellets I sometimes find in the pollen?

Our Bee Pollen is produced in areas of preserved forests. That is, we keep it away from commercial crops. In these tropical forests, there is a wide variety of plants from which the bees collect pollen, so they turn out in different colors.

What is the shelf life of the product?

Because we carefully dry our Bee Pollen, and the bag is resealable, as long as you keep it sealed and away from direct sunlight and extreme heat, it will keep for over a year. But it is so tasty that you will finish it quickly.
