What is C8, C10, C12? What is the difference between each?

What does MCT Oil do? What would I use it for?

Can I cook with this Oil?

Yes! Our MCT Oil is a great alternative to traditional oils or fats. Keep in mind that MCT Oil has a low smoke point and shouldn't exceed 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

Why is this product stored in a plastic container? Are there any plans for a glass bottle in the future?

Our MCT Oil comes in a plastic bottle specially designed to safely contain the MCT Oil. As of right now, there are no plans to store our MCT in a glass bottle, but we encourage you to recycle the material once you’ve finished using it.

I’ve heard MCT Oil can cause digestive discomfort. Is that common?

MCT Oil can cause some discomfort if you are not used to consuming it. To begin, we recommend starting off with half a tablespoon and then working your way up as tolerance is achieved.
