Our eye chart is similar to the size of an adult’s hand, easy to track your eye sight at home or elsewhere, especially for people do not have enough room to get farther away. It also very helpful for patients who needed lying in bed or wheelchair-bounded. Both the eye chart and eye occluder are made of lightweight, rigid, washable and durable plastic, easy to clean and carry.

How to use the eye chart kit?

Hold the chart 6 feet from eyes in good light. Use our eye occluder to cover each eye separately for the eye exam. Test one eye at a time. Read the letters from the largest to the smallest. If the result of the eye test does not go well, you might need the PD ruler function to measure your pupillary distance in the future.
