Can I put it into Inground pool？

A wooden umbrella is not recommended to use inside a pool, as the water will swell the wooden pole up and the wooden pole may also turn mouldy, but you can use near a pool.

Do you sell base for this umbrella?

We do have base for umbrellas. You can add water or sand into this base to support the umbrella, it weighs 48 Lbs after filling water or 62 Lbs while filling sand. any inquiry is welcome.

Which is the pole diameter?

The diameter of the pole is 1 1/2", which is the most common size umbrella pole, you can fit it into any standard patio tables without problems.
