Simple Clean Up

To clean, simply snap off the top layer grate and dispose of the dirty pads. Replace as needed. Can also be used with newspaper or without any pads. Training and Cleaning Guide

  1. Introduce your pets to the potty tray by using lots of praise and treats to encourage them to go on top of the potty trays. Remember, persistence and patience is key to getting them on board. Use an old pee pad or newspaper with a bit of their urine on it and place it inside the tray. The scent of their urine will work as an attractant and will help encourage your pets to "go" on the potty trays. Make sure you are not yelling or scolding your pets if they do not take to the potty trays right away. This will misguide them to not use the trays and will make training more difficult.
  2. Once properly introduced, the next step is learning to properly clean the toilets. If your pets go #2, the best method to cleaning and reusing the toilets is by simply disposing the excrements down the toilet and rinsing off the potty trays in the shower or with a hose in the backyard. Use of a sponge or cloth is recommended. Cleaning agents may also be used to aid in tougher messes. Rinse, Sanitize, and Reuse.
  3. The best method to cleaning the toilets of urine is to simply drain the urine down the toilet. Then rinse off in the shower. Sanitize, dry, and reuse. Depending on the frequency of urination, you may clean the potty trays accordingly. If using pee pads with the potty trays, just simply remove and dispose of the dirty pads and replace with a fresh one, cleaning and sanitizing occasionally.
  4. Remember, persistence, patience, and praise is key to successfully training your pets. During the training process your pets may have accidents, or not take to the potty trays right away, but it is important not to get frustrated and scold harshly while forcing them onto the toilets. Training is a gradual process and your pets will learn to use the potty trays with the right encouragement. Please also keep in mind that not all dogs are made the same, so the training process/time may differ from one dog to the next. *TIP* - Using treats in your training regimen may significantly aid in speeding up the learning process.
