Blue Bell = High Resistance

High Resistance Bells for Aquatic Training

Aqualogix Bells (Dumbbells) provide variable resistance for your aquatic fitness routine. The drag created by your movements provides the resistance necessary to tone and build muscle. The faster you move the more the resistance will build. Choosing the higher resistance fins will increase the rate of this buildup. Having different resistance levels allows you to easily switch bells between sets for "drop sets", different muscle groups or tempos.

The Aqualogix High Resistance Bells - Ideal for Building Muscle

Aqualogix Maximum Resistance Aquatic Bells

The Aqualogix Bells are a dynamic piece of equipment that allows the use to create varying amounts of resistance by simply changing their intensity or orientation of the bells. All the bells start with little resistance at slow tempo, but resistance will build with an increase in intensity/tempo.

I'm still unsure which resistance is best for me.

Resistance is relative to the size of the bells and the speed at which they are moved through the water. The medium resistance is considered an "all-purpose" size and works well for most users. Stronger individuals should opt for the High Resistance.

I move at slow speeds but want to still have good resistance.

The High Resistance Bells will provide the most resistance of the range at any given speed. They are commonly recommended for those that want the highest resistance at any given tempo.

I saw you also sell Aquastrength Bells. How do they compare to these?

Aquastrength Bells are only available in one resistance level which most closely compares to the Medium Resistance Bells. The Aquastrength Bells have an open handle design and provide slightly more resistance in linear movement patterns.

I'm still not sure between the Medium and High Resistance Bells.

Most users will be better suited to the Medium Resistance, especially if you like to work at high tempo (HIIT style). Many customers actually have a set of both as it is easy to switch bells for different exercises or style needs.
