About the Actor
Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming is a world renown pioneering teacher and author who has popularized Tai Chi, Qigong, and Kung Fu since the 1980s. His books and videos are considered classics and a must-have for all serious practitioners. With a background in physics and mechanical engineering, he has brought a modern perspective to these ancient arts, using the latest data from medical science to support his teaching. He is the author of over 40 books and 50 videos. Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming teaches and resides in McKinleyville California.
