Note:

  • 0-60μm hard base coating: use 1mm pitch blades.
  • 0-60μm soft base coating: use 2mm pitch blades.
  • 61-120μm coating: use 2mm pitch blades.
  • 121-250μm coating: Use 3mm pitch blades.

  • All the incision should penetrate the coating, cut into the substrate but must not be too deep.
  • If the coating is too thick and hard to penetrate in the substrate, then the test is invalid.
