Am I able to access this lock box from anywhere in the united states.

Short answer, YES if purchased with the wifi nexohub. The Lockbox by itself (bluetooth) has limited remote features.

Am I able to use the Lock Box by itself without the wifi hub?

Yes. The Lock Box by itself is enabled with bluetooth features and can be used without the hub. However you will be unable to access remote unlock and some other real time data features without the hub.

I am not tech savvy and seem to be having difficulties setting up the lock box, what do I do?

Not to worry. We offer tech assistance 24/7 for all our products. Use the messaging system on Amazon to send us a message for any kind of support and we would respond with resolution within 24hrs.

Does this lock box use batteries or are they rechargeable?

Our key lock box uses 4 x AAA batteries (included). Also boasts an integrated micro USB port that can be used as emergency power source if the device ever runs out of power, ensuring that you are never locked out.

I intend to use this lock box for my business and will most likely need more than 2 keycards. Where can i get more?
