Why is it not cold?

1. Make sure the "Cool" mode is turned on, it will start to circulate water and cool down after a few minutes (the water tank needs to be filled with water).

2. You can add a frozen ice pack on top to achieve a better cooling effect.

What is the difference between evaporative cooler and air conditioner and fan?

The evaporative cooler uses water and a fan to cool the ambient air. It does not use refrigerants to remove heat & humidity like an air conditioner. It is more power saving than air conditioners and cooler than fans.

Can it be used in a closed garage no window or door?

It is not recommended to use the evaporative cooler in a completely enclosed space because this cooler works by evaporating moisture into the air. Without fresh airflow, the humidity will get high.

Why water leaks?

1. If connected to a garden hose, make sure the hose is tightly connected.

2. Make sure the water in the tank does not exceed the maximum water line.

3. Make sure the cooler is standing upright on a flat, level surface.

Can the cooling pads be removed and cleaned?

Yes, the cooling pads are removable. Unscrew the back panel to take them out and rinse clean. Dry and assemble back in place before reconnecting to a power source.
