1. Does the air cooler wet my desk?

The water drawer and sponge are designed for collecting the mist water so that you do not have to worry about the water leak everywhere. You could open the water drawer and take out the sponge to wash it after your every use.

2. Can it achieve the same cooling effect as an air conditioner?

It's only for personal use which only cool for small space. Please use it close.

3. Why sometimes it cools weakly?

The type of adapter and water has a great influence on the cooling effect. Do not use pure water or distilled water, juse use tap water. Use a 5V/2A adapter to ensure that the machine has enough power to work.

4. What can I do if I have trouble on using it or I'm not satisfied with the personal air cooler?
