Everyone loves the finished look a bed skirt gives to your room, but no one loves the hassle of putting one on. The patented* Bed Maker's Never Lift Your Mattress Bed Skirt makes it a breeze to give your bedroom a hotel-quality look without lifting your heavy mattress. The hidden elastic band at the head of your bed slips around your mattress, and the mitered corners at the foot of the bed lock the skirt in place. We’ve also included spiral bed skirt pins for added security and to ensure the best fit with your bed. Our exclusive design is ideal for older adults and single people or those with back problems to use in furnished rental homes, or for anyone who wants to take the stress out of housework. The tailored design is a modern update to the traditional dust ruffle. The clean look works with just about all bed linens from modern comforter sets to traditional quilts and solid or patterned sheets. The classic 14” drop conceals unsightly box springs, platforms, or generic metal bed frames to give your space a pulled together look. Adding a bed skirt also allows you to use the area under your bed as additional storage, which is particularly helpful in smaller homes, dorm rooms, apartments, and vacation homes. Bed Maker’s reduced the size of our packaging to leave less of a carbon footprint. Make your life easier and your room neater with the help of Bed Maker’s. Quick Tip: To remove any wrinkles, place the bed skirt in the dryer for five minutes with a damp washcloth on high heat. *Patent granted on October 27, 2015
Lay the bedskirt on your bed, setting aside twist pins. Position the elastic strap at the head and fabric along the sides and foot. Ensure it's flat and untwisted. Slide the elastic band over the mattress to rest against the boxspring.
Next, fit the bedskirt's mitered corners tightly onto the head's boxspring corners and use a twist pin in each corner to hold it in place.
Complete the head bow and tuck the 3" ColorBand edge between the boxspring and mattress, aligning the seam with the boxspring edge. Tuck towards the foot, secure mitered corners with twist pins, and adjust drop length for evenness.
Secure the bedskirt with the remaining twist pins to avoid shifting during bed-making or sheet changes. Place a pin at each corner and two on each side.
