Twitty's travels in 8 nations, this blend captures the spicy, rich flavors of West Africa. Use it to add depth to Jollof rice or fried plantains, on grilled suya–a type of West African kabob dish, in okra soups, in leafy green dishes, on fish or grilled seafood.
