Starts in the field

Mike has been with the farm since 2004. He and his wife, Alyssa are raising two boys who are just as excited about farming as their dad. He loves having his boys come to help him in the field and is teaching them all about the equipment. His youngest son is getting first hand experience, negotiating seed prices with Kevin to start his own chickpea crop in their garden at home. The most rewarding part of his job is tending to the crops to bring fresh, dry, shelf stable foods to our consumers.
