How did you come up with the idea for this product?

Angie and Dan Bastian wanted to do something fun with their kids while showing them the value of hard work. The dedicated Spanish teacher and nurse practitioner started with a huge kettle in their garage. Bag by bag, event by event, their amazing recipe turned into a booming business.

What makes your product special?

BOOMCHICKAPOP will never compromise on what’s right. It’s a brand with a larger-than-life soul and a company with a fun purpose to live carefree without apologizing for doing so. BOOMCHICKAPOP is a better way to add more flavorful fun to your movin’-and-groovin’ life.

What has been the best part of your startup experience?

We work with the best employees. Retired teachers. Grandparents. Teenagers. Hardworking parents. The list goes on. We individually surprised all of our original employees with a gift after we were bought. Let’s just say we changed some lives forever. It was truly amazing.
