Veuve Clicquot

Founded in 1772, Veuve Clicquot has since lived by its motto, "Only one quality, the finest". “Yellow Label“ is its signature champagne, defining the Veuve Clicquot style through a perfect balance of strength, aromatic intensity, freshness & silkiness.

The predominance of Pinot Noir provides the structure while the addition of 30 to 45% of priceless Reserve Wines will ensure the year-on-year consistency that is so typically Clicquot. On the nose: yellow and white fruits, then notes of vanilla and later of brioche. On the palate: freshness and strength while pear and lemon tastes appear.

Veuve Clicquot Rose

Veuve Clicquot has true expertise in the Rose Champagne segment—Madame Clicquot was the first to invent blended rose in 1818. The Cuvee is based on the traditional Yellow Label blend, completed with12% of red wine using grapes specially raised and selected to bring strength and aromatic intensity.

Veuve Clicquot Rose draws on a particularly high percentage of reserve wines, from 30% to 45%, to ensure the consistency of the House style. Aged for 36 months, it is two times as long as Champagne appellation standards.

La Grande Dame

The finest expression of Veuve Clicquot’s style and terroir, La Grande Dame is the Prestige Cuvee of the House. Crested and named in tribute to Madame Clicquot, honoring her audacity and commitment to quality and innovation. La Grande Dame is exclusively hand-picked and blended from 6 of 8 Grand Crus. Aged 10 years in Veuve Clicquot’s century-old cellars.
