Attention:

The power cord between power brick and DC plug will lead to 0.4V~0.6V voltage drop, so we designed the screen displayed voltage was 3.5V~24.5V. Only in this way can your device really get 3V~24V voltage. This is the reason why we advertise the power supply's voltage range is 3V~24V, not 3.5V~24.5V.

Caution:

The 4cm short black power cord is a reverse polarity converter, not extension wire. It is used to reverse the original polarity of the power supply output port ( reverse the internal positive pole to negative, and the external negative pole to positive). Please confirm the polarity of your devices’ power port before use. If the positive and negative poles are reversed, it will cause short circuit and damage your device.

1. Check Voltage Please find the spec label of your device and check the working voltage. It should be among 3V~24V DC, not lower than 3V or higher than 24V DC.
