2. How many sound profiles adjustment does the hearing aids have?
5 SOUND PROFILES,Sam&Johnny devices have 5(4+MAX volume) different sound profiles. Simply double tap on the touch panel to switch between them, and when you find one you like, Sam&Johnny will remember your selection,you no need to adjust the volume again next time,Because our hearing aids have enough to remember.
3. Why does the hearing aid have noise when it is turned on?
Because hearing aids belongs to electronic products,so the current it contains(every electronic product contains)i noise.No matter how good a product you bought,as long as you operate it correctly.Then,you will get used to the so-called noise with time going by. You can do the things below when there is noise:
1) . Check if the size of the earplugs are appropriate and whether it is plugged into your ear,because the hearing aid can not be exposed in the air,if the earplug is not plugged in to your ear tightly,then the air leak will generate very big current noise.We kindly suggest you to change a earplug that suits your auditory meatus.3 different size earplugs for you choose(S/M/L).
2). Please kindly check if we are wearing right way, if the way we wearing is wrong, also will make the noise, so please refer to our correct wearing operation guide on our listing for correct wearing, like twisting a screw,turn left and right for many times until the hearing aid fits your ear canal completely,keep your ears feel most comfortable is ok.
3). When the old man's hearing declines for a while and then wears the hearing aid,he will suddenly hear different sound that he could not hear before,and take the sound for noise.And sometimes it amplifies the sound.Hearing aids can cause noise when approaching certain objects,such as being close to the palm,close to the wall,wearing a hat,and so on which is pretty normal.
