How can I add or change the user on my body fat scale?

Add or switch users by clicking my profile or click new user in your app

The scale and the app recognize the variation of results, and gives you the option to change the user if the data is different from the selected user

BABY WEIGHING MODE - To make use of this function do the following steps:

1. Click options, then select Baby Mode
2. Step on the scale so the app determines your weight before you pick up the baby
3. After you record your weight, hold the baby and wait for the scale to stabilize to get the baby's weight on the app

1. Search and download FITDAYS App in App Store or Google Play.
2. Check that your bluetooth is on
3. Enter the application from your phone or tablet and register your data
4. Read and accept the policies of privacy
5. Add personal data like gender, age, height etc (Entering incorrect data may result in inaccurate measurements).

For Best Use of how to use the application do this

• Tap your foot on the scale to activate the screen. Wait until the display shows 0.0 (kg/lb)
• With your app open on the home screen, place your bare feet on the metal bars
• The number on the display will flash as the scale analyzes the data.
• Continue standing on the scale until your weight in the application's circle is stable, then the application will show you the data obtained.
• You can find the results of weight, BMI (basal metabolic rate), body fat, visceral fat; skeletal muscle body water, muscle mass, body age, protein and BMR (basal metabolic rate with kilocalories)
• You can also see your recent results, by week, month or year
