ALPS 10K Potentiometer 8x OEM trim pot resistor was made by ALPS. It fits ALPS analog joysticks. This trimmer potentiometer works with PS3, PS4 DualShock 4 series (PS4, Slim and Pro), Xbox One series (Xbox One, One S|X), Elite Series 1 and 2, and newest Xbox Series S|X. It’s also compatible with Nintendo Switch Pro and some 3rd party controllers like ‘Scuf’ and ‘Razer Raiju Ultimate’ with 10KO ALPS thumbstick module inside 1. Solve most of joystick problems: 80% chances of joystick problems were caused by the potentiometer. In another words, the rotary mechanism and the tactile switches are not the problem. You can simply replace the side potentiometer sensor alone to solve most of the problems 2. Additional resistors included: Complicated moving mechanism and daily wear and tear can cause drifting, and even new potentiometers can not be 100% balanced. Calibrating in controller settings might not work.
