If there is no resistance, the white part needs to be removed and installed upside down, and then the resistance needs to be tested. Refer to Figure 3 on the left and install the white parts in two directions. Then test the resistance. If there is no resistance after testing in both directions, it indicates that the potentiometer is damaged. Please contact us.
