why i can not compatible with my mac os?

Before installation, please ensure the label printer is connected and turned on. If it shows "The application can't be opened" when you install MAC driver, go to "System Settings"-"Privacy & Security", slide down and click on "Open Anyway"

How to calibrate the label when change the label size?

Turn the power on,hold the feed button, until you see the red light flashes 3 times then release the feed button. The printer will automatically eject paper, and after the paper is successfullyejected, the machine will automatically calibrate.

When I print the label, the label is too small?

Window: Go to the control panel → devices and printers→click print preferences→option→change print speed and darkness→click apply

Mac: Open your file with preview. Click print→select "show details→choose the paper size you want or manage custom sizes
