What are the causes for headlamps damage? During our daily use, the headlamps would be damaged or worn out slowly because of the drastic change of temperature, the vapor leaking into the lamp housing, or cracks brought by external force. How to maintain headlights

1. Clean your lights regularly.

The surface of the lamp is easy to catch dust and bugs, and regular cleaning of the lamp can ensure the brightness and transparency of the lamp. When cleaning, it is recommended to use special detergent and soft cloth to wipe, to prevent damage to the lamp.

2. Check the tightness of the lights.

If there is water vapor intrusion in the lamp, it will reduce the service life of the lamp, so attention should be paid to the tightness of the lamp to check.

3. Clean the mirror.

The mirror of the semi-enclosed headlamp becomes black and should be replaced when the luminosity decreases. If there is only dust on the mirror, do not replace it but blow it with compressed air.

4. Clean the light bulb

When there is a stain on the bulb, it can be scrubbed with absorbent cotton soaked in ethanol (90%). When scrubbing, be careful not to carry out in the case of lights just off and light bulbs with residual heat. Dry rather than wipe after cleaning.

5. Adjust the Angle of headlight exposure

In the process of car driving, due to the body vibration will make the beam irradiation direction deviation, the lamp irradiation Angle is not correct easy to affect the safety of driving. It is recommended to check on flat ground.
