We have taken into account the feedback and improvement suggestions from our customers who have used our previous SMART Reptile Mister and developed this new and improved version.The new Reptile Misting System comes with several enhanced features, including the '88 88'' error fix, a new water shortage protection function, a soft water pipe for easy installation, and new fine water mist nozzles.
Our Quiet Reptile Misting System has reduced the noise of the reptile mister host from 70 decibels to 40 decibels, making it perfect for reptiles who prefer a quieter environment. This feature helps your pets grow up healthy and avoids any noise disturbance during sleep.
The reptile mister system upgrade newly added water shortage protection function detects a low water storage level, automatically stopping the machine after running for 3-5 seconds, thus preventing any damage to the reptile humidifier internal small pump and prolonging the life of the machine.
The Selectable Working Hours function allows you to program the Reptile Misting System to work for a maximum of 60 seconds and a 24-hour cycle. We have also added a new selectable working period of 8-24 hours to prevent the machine from starting at night.
Our new fine mist nozzles are designed with 360° direction adjustment, adjustable spray density and size, and an anti-drip feature. They are easy to disassemble and clean to prevent clogging and can be fixed on the top of the terrarium using the iron mesh (Note: Hole size required is 140mm).

I set the spraying time to 30 seconds, why does the reptile mister host only run for 5 seconds?

Because the host does not detect the internal water pump sucking water, it starts the water shortage protection mode. Please connect the inlet pipe to the filter head and put it into the water, it will run according to the program you set.

Can I use tap water? What if the nozzle is clogged?

It is recommended to use pure water or RO machine filtered water as a priority. Clogged nozzles can be disassembled and cleaned for reuse.

What is the reason for no water spraying out at the first start?

Because there is air in the water pipe, you need to let the machine run for a few dozen seconds to discharge the air in the water pipe will be able to spray normally.
