UPFLUSH/MACERATING TOILET-- This two-piece elongated toilet with its macerating system discharge and vent connectors allow for vertical and horizontal connections. This unit has a vertical pumping capability of 22.9 feet and 238 horizontal pumping through a 1 1/2"-inch pipe.
4 CONNECTIONS -- The macerator has 2 auxiliary inlets on each side and the upside, different from the main inlet from the toilet. This allows you to connect a sink and bathtub/shower outlet to the unit for a full functioning bathroom. You may opt to have the macerator behind the toilet or on the wall behind the toilet to conceal the plumbing.
POWERFUL 500W MACERATOR SYSTEM-- The water, human waste and toilet paper mixture are grinded into a slurry by the macerator blades which have a speed of 3600 revolutions per minute.
AUTO START& STOP FUNCTION -- The unit contains a pressure chamber which starts and stops it, a motor which drives the stainless steel blades, and the pump. When you flush the toilet, the water flowing into the unit activates a micro switch in the pressure chamber which in return triggers the motor to start running.
COMFORTABLE ROUND TOILET BOWL-- features an big and round toilet for maximum comfort but if you are squeezed for space there is the round toilet bowl option. A soft close toilet seat is also included in the toilet, which is a big deal if you are irritated by the sound of a slamming seat.

Macerator Toilet is Vibrating and Making a Loud Noise

If your macerator toilet is vibrating and making loud noises, then the likely scenario is that something has become lodged in the blade mechanism of the macerator. This can be solved by rotating the blades counterclockwise while the macerator is turned off and removing the object.

The Macerator is Running But it is Not Pumping Water Out

It could be because the pipes are frozen. In order to remedy this, the service engineer will first need to turn off the power to the macerator. If any waste has overflowed, that will also be removed. From here, hot towels will be used to heat up the pipes and loosen up the frozen blockage. This should remedy the situation, allowing the macerator to pump out waste once again.

My Macerator Toilet is Blocked and Keeps Backing Up Into my Bath/Shower/Sink

This could be because the macerator system has been accidentally disconnected from its power supply, or there could be a fault leading to the power being disconnected.

If this is not the case, there may be an issue with the motor which is preventing waste from being pimped out.

The Macerator Pump is Starting on its Own

Problems with the microswitch of macerator toilets only happen when there is a fault, such as a misfiring microswitch as detailed above, or a damaged rubber membrane as mentioned previously.
