Certified with ANSI Z87.1+ and EN 166 BT. With extrusion-grade polycarbonate, our face shields can easily withstand the impact of a 6mm steel ball traveling at a speed of 300 MPH (440 ft/s) at room temperature or 268 MPH (393 ft/s) at the extremes of temperatures (from -23°F to +122°F).

Extremely Tough

An Aluminum Edge was added to our face shield visors to increase their robustness, so the visors are not easy to break at the edge. Also, users are allowed to bend the visor to find a suitable curve for themselves.

Extremely Clear

Our face shields meet all optical requirements of ANSI Z87.1 (US standard) and are ranked Class 1 according to EN 166 (EN standard). Users can see through the face shield very clearly, and dizziness or headache caused by long time wearing is greatly prevented.

Extremely Convenient

A Ratchet Headgear was applied to let users adjust the headgear easily. You only need to turn the knob clockwise or counterclockwise to find a perfect fit for your head.

Protection against Molten Metals and Hot Solids

Tested according to the European Standard, the face shield is (1) able to resist adherence of molten metals and provide effective protection for the user's eyes; and (2) able to prevent the penetration of a 6-mm diameter steel bead heated to a temperature of 1652°F (900℃).

Protection against Splashes and Liquids

The large visors provide a broad field of vision and protection against splashes and liquids.

Protective Film

To ensure the face shield is delivered to customers in the best condition, protective films are applied to both sides of the face shields. These films can be easily removed before use.

Rapid Raplacement Mechanism

A free replacement visor is given to customers for free so that they can replace the visor if needed. Customers can easily remove and install visors through the 5 slots on the visors.

Resistance to impact 300 MPH (440 ft/s) at room temperature, 268 MPH (393 ft/s) at the extreme temperatures (from -23°F to +122°F). The impact object is a 6mm steel ball.
Resistance to ignition European Standard testing was used. An iron rod measuring 6 mm in diameter and 300 mm in length was heated at one end to a temperature of 650℃ (1202℉) The heated end was pressed against the sample surface using its own weight for 5 seconds. The faceshield did not catch fire nor glow red.
