We offer a variety of options for everyone to find the right fan, air cooler
Is it possible for me to use this swamp cooler in the area where I live, which has a relatively high humidity?
You can use a swamp cooler in well-ventilated areas to avoid creating a damp feeling. We recommend using a swamp cooler in areas with moderate humidity or below. Because its cooling effect may be reduced and it could add moisture to the air.
Should I use a swamp cooler in a closed space, like an air conditioner?
It is not recommended to use a swamp cooler in a closed space, especially without adequate ventilation. As swamp coolers work by evaporating water, using them in a closed space can increase humidity levels and reduce cooling performance.
Do I need to clean the cooling pad frequently? Can I remove it for cleaning purposes?
Remove the back panel and loosen the screws on the cooling pad to remove it. The frequency of cleaning the cooling pad may depend on the usage and the level of dust and debris. It is recommended to check the cooling pad periodically.
If I use a garden hose to automatically fill the water tank, it overflows. What should I do?
To restore the shut-off function, remove the screws of the back panel and take it down. Gently lift up the white water-stop float inside the tank, then tighten the screw on top of it by hand. (We have a video available that we can provide.)
The water level float in the front panel's water level window is stuck. What should I do?
Take off the back panel of the swamp cooler, gently remove the box containing the water level float in the water tank, trim a little bit from one side of the float, and then put it back into place. (We have a video available that we can provide.)
