What is DongDing: Distinguishing roasting scents are the cores. DongDing tea has been famous for its roasting skills which craft different flavors. We provide DongDing based on 3 of the most popular cultivars in TW; each one requires an individual roasting method (temperatures, roasting time, times of roasts) to present its best flavors.
Classical DongDing: Dried-tea has fresh and rich smell, clean and brownish liquor has roasted notes of caramel, honey and exotic flowers, high viscosity, sweetness and lingering aftertastes.
Roasted Milky Oolong: JinXuan (better known as milky oolong) is famous for its mild buttery and creamy notes; after roasting, its aromatic tones switch to another level of baked sugar and tropic floral notes.
High mountain tea: Hand-picked from the estates of 1,000 meters; tea leaves are robust and contain rich substances of polyphenols and polysaccharide, which are beneficial for health. Low coffine.
